What is it you would miss if your time was cut short?
This question tends to cut through most of the cruff. Visualize it. That feels like a good way in to the question of "what should I do with my time"?
Here's an exercise:
Pull up your calendar. Go back at least 3 months. Get a sheet of paper. Go day by day, week by week. Write down in bullets which of your events you'd actually miss. Then ask: how do I do more of those!
Commit to that!
